Job Description: Wireless Help Desk Support Analyst
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
- Provides professional support to end users on a variety of wireless device issues
- Identifies, researches and resolves customer problems
- Ability to procure client wireless devices with carriers
- Understands clients wireless plans and rates
- Responds to calls and emails
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure timlely resolution
- Identifies cause and determine best resolution for client issues
- Has knowledge of wireless plans, technology, billing / invoices
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and be able to quickly learn various internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
