The Telwares CIO Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is one way in which Telwares works directly with our customers to deliver the best possible solutions and services. As a forum for innovative thought leaders, strategic customers and key Telwares product strategists, we collaborate together on critical issues in the telecommunications and technology industry. The CAB functions in an advisory capacity to Telwares.

CAB members will be asked to participate in:
- Identifying and sharing best practices in their organization
- Identifying strategic problem/enhancement areas and business priorities
- Discussing and challenging ideas where value is not clear
- Attending meetings and participating in conference calls
- Identifying potential new products for future business initiatives
Key Objectives:
- Increase communication and collaboration with strategic customers
- Gain product planning input from industry-leading companies
- Develop a long-term partnership with strategic Telwares customers
Membership:
- Members are selected by invitation only and at the sole discretion of Telwares
- CAB membership requirements determine who is invited to join
- CAB members are Telwares customers
- CAB membership is for a minimum one-year term; either Telwares or the CAB member can dissolve the CAB relationship at any time
- All CAB members are required to execute non-disclosure agreements
