Data Collection
To ensure you have a complete picture of your usage, Telwares starts at the source by collecting and rating call data directly from your PBX and/or IP call management platform. Our service is compatible with traditional PBXs as well as hybrids and pure IP call management platforms from all major vendors, allowing you a single view of all your voice traffic.
Our specialists will collect data from additional sources, including monthly invoices for telecom and other expenses. We’ll consolidate the data from multiple media (EDI, CD, web), normalize it, scrub for anomalies and reconcile unmatched expenses — all through our proprietary technology.
