Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION: Emeryville, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We provide our customers choices - from applications and individual services through fully managed outsourcing.

As a Lead Generation Professional you will use your enthusiastic, positive personality and proven time management skills to generate high volume outbound telephone calls to companies businesses in the Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 enterprises. The goal is to schedule qualified face-to-face appointments for our regional Account Executives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comfortable with cold calling and following up.
• Demonstrate effective telephone skills to schedule face-to-face meetings.
• Skilled at reaching decision makers and sourcing new business leads.
• Deliver benefit statements, handle objections, and document each call.
• Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles and strive to improve skills and achieve appointment-setting goals.
• Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customer's needs and expectations.
• Comfortable working with all levels of management within a prospective company.
• Self Motivated- able to handle projects with minimal direction.
• Make approximately 80-100 calls a day.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of inside sales, outbound lead generation experience.
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel a must.
• Telecommunications Knowledge a Plus.
• Bachelors Degree a Plus.
