Chuck Auster - Board Member
Mr. Auster is a Managing Director of OEP. Prior to joining OEP in 2001, Mr. Auster was President and CEO of Infocrossing Inc., a provider of selective IT, business outsourcing, and managed service solutions. Prior to this, Mr. Auster was the COO and a board member of IXnet, Ltd. and an Executive Vice President of AmeriTrade, Inc. Mr. Auster was a founding partner in Andes Equity Partners, a South American private equity growth fund. Currently, Mr. Auster serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of L'Enfant Trust, Washington, D.C., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.Mr. Auster graduated from Tufts University in Economics and holds a JD from George Washington University.
