Ethan Ayer - Board Member
Mr. Ayer is a General Partner at Milestone Venture Partners. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Ayer held positions in three other private equity or venture capital firms including One Equity Partners, the buyout arm of JPMorgan. He also sits on the Board of Worktopia.com.Mr. Ayer has more than four years of experience in technology-related private equity as well as two years in structured finance at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining OEP, he held associate-level positions at two independent venture capital firms, Allegra Partners of New York, NY, and Early Stage Enterprises of Princeton, NJ.
Mr. Ayer earned an B.A. in Economics from Harvard College, and an M.A. from Cambridge University, UK.
