Richard W. Smith - Board Member
Mr. Smith is a Managing Director at One Equity Partners (the private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase), which he joined in 2002. Mr. Smith has been Managing Partner/General Partner of six other private equity funds since 1981 including most recently, Allegra Partners. From 1979 to 1981, Mr. Smith was Senior Investment Manager at Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd and prior to that he worked in the International Money Management Group of J.P. Morgan.Mr. Smith earned a B.A. in History from Harvard College. Mr. Smith is co-author of the book Treasury Management; A Practitioner's Handbook, John Wiley & Sons, 1980.
