Charles Corsillo, EVP, Operations

 Charles Corsillo is responsible for customer satisfaction, process efficiencies, and continuous quality improvements relating to Telwares' IMS, Wireless and Call Accounting operations. Mr. Corsillo brings more than 25 years of experience to Telwares from the telecommunications, IT and financial services industries.

Prior to his current role at Telwares, Mr. Corsillo served as SVP, Global Operations for Westcom Networks, a provider of dedicated network services focused on the financial trading community. While at WestCom, Mr. Corsillo was responsible for network operations, service delivery and provisioning, IT, carrier relations, and business development. He also led the integration of several acquisitions, launched a customer portal consolidating the entire global business, and was the executive sponsor on many top accounts.

With significant technology, service and operational experience gained from positions held at Drexel Burnham, AT&T, Bierbaum Martin, IBM, Global Crossing and Moneyline Telerate, Mr. Corsillo plays a key role in helping Telwares exceed our customers’ expectations.

Mr. Corsillo earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Fordham University, and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
