Cathy Forsyth, EVP, Consulting Services
As Executive Vice President, Consulting Services, Cathy has responsibility for leading the Consulting Services team that supports all Telwares consulting engagements. In this role, Cathy supports strategic customers by creating and implementing customized consulting engagements that drive optimal value for the enterprise while navigating the risks and opportunities associated with today’s telecommunications industry, including: the integration of disparate global network infrastructures, the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and the optimization of investment in network infrastructure, which drives significant, bottom line improvement to all clients.Throughout her tenure at Telwares, Cathy has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President, Client Services, Vice President, East Region and Senior Director, Business Development. She has worked with both prospective and existing customers on a consultative basis to assess opportunities and customize Telwares’ process to address each client’s specific needs, and has led engagements that delivered best-in-class results for enterprise customers such as Deere & Company, MasterCard, Time Warner, CSC, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Fifth Third Bank, and many more.
Prior to joining Telwares, Cathy spent 9 years with AT&T. During her tenure with AT&T, Ms. Forsyth held a number of positions in sales management, contract negotiations and business development.
Cathy has earned a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from New York University.
