David Zeleniak, Chief Financial Officer

 David Zeleniak manages Telwares' business and financial relationships both internally and externally with the investment community. Mr. Zeleniak's 25+ years of extensive financial and operational experience with technology companies enable him to support the senior management team in striving for "world class" delivery of products and services to its expanding customer base while maximizing profitability.

Prior to his current role at Telwares, Mr. Zeleniak was an executive consultant with Gomez, Inc., a leading-edge Internet Performance Management company located in Boston. In this turnaround situation, Mr. Zeleniak was instrumental in re-creating the business and financial plans, securing additional capital and driving the company to profitability over the span of several years with the executive team.

Mr. Zeleniak began his career with senior level financial positions at Intel and Motorola and, in the last 16 years, held CFO/COO positions with a variety of technology companies spanning software, hardware and outsourced technology services. He has extensive financing experience in venture capital backed companies as well as private equity, strategic partner investments, IPO and investor relations experience.

Mr. Zeleniak graduated magna cum laude with an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, earned a BBA in Finance, Economics and Accounting from Penn State University with high honors and is a CPA.
