Charlotte Yates, Chief Executive Officer & Vice Chairman
Charlotte Yates, CEO and Vice Chairman of Telwares, is regarded as a pioneer and leader in the telecommunications and technology services industry. A successful entrepreneur and talented executive with over 25 years of experience, Charlotte is also an internationally renowned thought leader, author, and humanitarian.

Ms. Yates was an original founder of Telwares, recognized as a leading provider of consulting and technology services to the Global 2000. Prior to starting Telwares, Ms. Yates served in multiple executive positions at Sprint and IBM focusing on executive consulting, information technology outsourcing, carrier contract negotiations, corporate cost reduction, re-engineering and strategic partnerships.

Ms. Yates is also founder of the CIO Global Forum, the international ‘think tank’ headquartered in San Francisco. The CIO Global Forum is a select group of technology leaders from the Fortune 500 and government agencies that meet twice yearly to review current technology trends and critical business topics for the CIO.

A Young President's Organization (YPO) member and officer, Ms. Yates actively enables and promotes the difference that Presidents and CEOs can make in the world at large. Many of today’s initiatives that YPO spearheads are fostering peace and prosperity in areas of conflict and need around the world. Ms. Yates also supports civic, charitable and educational organizations, and is the sponsor of five children through Plan International. She is also a lifetime contributor to fund-raisers that support cancer research and treatment, and is a member of the Donor’s Circle at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Dave Muller, President
As President of Telwares, Dave Muller has overall responsibility for the Consulting and Professional Services practice. He leads all sales and business development activities for our Telwares-branded services, and with his oversight of our consulting delivery processes, he ensures our customers continue to receive the highest value, results-oriented consulting services available in the industry. Using his deep industry knowledge and relationships, Dave is directly involved in securing new clients and deepening our advisory role with existing customers. He continuously provides domain expertise, project strategy, and executive sponsorship on many of the company's engagements. Over the last three years, Dave has worked closely with his teams, developing procurement strategies which have resulted in over $500M of direct, bottom-line telecom expense savings for our clients.

Mr. Muller joined Telwares after a highly successful career with MCI, where he was Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he was in charge of directing MCI’s custom-contract team, where he garnered extensive experience in developing and leading key enterprise acquisition and retention programs. As such, he was responsible for personally negotiating some of MCI’s largest customer contracts. This experience and deep industry knowledge brings an extremely valuable set of resources to our clients.

With nearly 20 years of total telecom industry expertise, Mr. Muller’s leadership assists Telwares to drive market convergence of telecom services and technology for its clients. Mr. Muller holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Charles Corsillo, Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Telwares, Charles Corsillo is responsible for corporate operations, technology direction and evolution, continuous quality improvements in both platform and process, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Corsillo brings more than 25 years of experience to Telwares from the telecommunications, IT and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Telwares, Mr. Corsillo served as SVP, Global Operations for WestCom Networks, a provider of sophisticated, real-time dedicated network services to the financial trading community. While at WestCom, Mr. Corsillo was responsible for network operations, service delivery, IT, and business development. He led the efforts to consolidate the global business and integrate 3 acquisitions. Before joining WestCom he was SVP, Global Operations for Telerate responsible for all aspects of the collection, presentation, and distribution of the companies real time market data applications and services.

With significant technology, operational, and business development experience gained from positions held at Global Crossing, IPC, Bierbaum Martin, Drexel Burnham, IBM, and AT&T Mr. Corsillo plays a key role in setting the strategy for technology and operations for Telwares, and ensuring outstanding execution of its core and future businesses.

Mr. Corsillo earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Fordham University, and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.

Michael Voellinger, EVP, Chief Marketing Officer
Michael Voellinger is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of Telwares. In this role, he is responsible for all marketing and communications activities, including market development, corporate communications, industry analyst and media relations, brand management, advertising and research.

Mr. Voellinger is also the Executive Producer of the CIO Global Forum (www.cxogf.com), an exclusive and highly selective group of CIO thought leaders that meets twice yearly to drive an agenda of innovation, technology achievement, and idea exchange. This bi-annual event has achieved and maintains national recognition as one of the best leadership and management forums for the enterprise CIO.

Mr. Voellinger brings more than 14 years of experience to his role as the primary spokesperson for Telwares. A highly sought after industry analyst, Michael is widely respected as one of the nation's top wireless strategists and considered to be a thought leader in mobile communications. His analysis is continually sought out by leading corporations, government, and financial institutions and his commentary can be found in leading media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Investor’s Business Daily, CIO Magazine, Smartmoney.com, Dow Jones Newswire, CNN Money, as well as numerous security and industry publications.

Prior to joining Telwares, Mr. Voellinger served as Partner and Principal Consultant to OES Telecom where he provided key leadership for the development of the organization – including web-based wireless management technology, alliance and reseller channel development across complimentary industries, marketing, and general business management.

Prior to OES Telecom, Mr. Voellinger held key leadership positions with two of the nation’s largest wireless carriers.

Cathy Forsyth, EVP, Enterprise Solutions
Cathy Forsyth is EVP, Enterprise Solutions for Telwares. In this role, Cathy has responsibility for all revenue generation across the company’s lines of business, including both Professional and Managed Services. Cathy and her team work with Telwares’ strategic accounts and prospective customers to create customized consulting engagements that drive optimal value for the enterprise. This includes navigating the risks and opportunities associated with today’s telecommunications industry, the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and the optimization of investment in network infrastructure. This team focuses on crafting solutions that deliver short term financial benefit while creating a thoughtful foundation for future network transformation.

Throughout her eight year tenure at Telwares, Cathy has held numerous leadership roles, including EVP, Consulting Services, VP, East Region and Senior Director, Business Development. She has worked with both prospective and existing customers on a consultative basis to assess opportunities and customize Telwares’ process to address each client’s specific needs, and has led engagements that delivered best-in-class results for enterprise customers such as ADP, Unisys, MasterCard, Time Warner, CSC, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Fifth Third Bank, Capital One and many more.

Prior to joining Telwares, Cathy spent nine years with AT&T. During her tenure with AT&T, Ms. Forsyth held a number of positions in sales management, contract negotiations and business development.

Cathy has earned a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from New York University.

Adam Ableman, Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Adam Ableman joined Telwares in January, 2008, charged with managing the legal affairs and corporate development activities of the company, as well as to provide legal advice and guidance to Telwares’ directors, executives and consultants.

Mr. Ableman brings over 15 years of legal and business expertise to the organization. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of WestCom, a global telecommunications company providing managed voice and data solutions to the financial trading community, until its sale to IPC Communications in 2007.

Prior to WestCom, Ableman was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Telerate, one of the world’s largest market data providers, through its sale to Reuters in 2005. Previously, he was Senior Counsel to Global Crossing Financial Markets (formerly IXnet) and IPC Information Systems.

Prior to Global Crossing, Ableman was a commercial litigation and corporate attorney with Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese & Gluck PC in New York. He received his JD degree from Boston University and New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.

Phillip Petzold, Senior Vice President, Finance
Phillip Petzold has nearly 20 years of experience in financial reporting and collaboration with entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining Telwares, Mr. Petzold was a consultant with a large public consulting firm where he assisted his client with SEC filings, accounting research and special projects. He also was Vice President, Finance at WestCom Corp., a provider of dedicated network services focused on the financial trading community. While with WestCom, he was responsible for the financial integration of five acquisitions and assisted in WestCom’s sale to IPC Information Systems.

Mr. Petzold began his professional career in public accounting. During his 14 years in public accounting with regional and national firms he advanced to Senior Manager of Audit for a large National firm. Mr. Petzold is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his BBA degree from Hofstra University.
